About the Royal Purple Raceway Foundation:
The Royal Purple Raceway Foundation was founded in 2011. Its soul mission is to serve, honor, and recognize the thousands of servicemen and service women whose life sacrifices enable our freedom. The RPR Foundation has selected Wounded Warrior Project and Combat Marine Outdoors as its designated charity organizations and raises funds through various events and projects to support their programs.
About Wounded Warrior Project:
Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) began when several veterans and friends, moved by stories of the first wounded service members returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq, took action to help others in need. What started as a program to provide comfort items to wounded service members has grown into a complete rehabilitative effort to assist warriors as they recover and transition back to civilian life. Thousands of wounded warriors and caregivers receive support each year through WWP programs designed to nurture the mind and body, and encourage economic empowerment. Wounded Warrior Project® is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization.

About Combat Marine Outdoors:
Combat Marine Outdoors started in 2005 to provide an opportunity for Marines, Sailors, and service members to get away from the hospitals they were confined to upon return from war deployment. These soldiers greatly needed to be in an environment of friendship, camaraderie, and fellowship with fellow Marines in order to accelerate their recovery from the traumatic injuries they sustained in combat. Today CMO provides life-changing outdoor adventures to these brave heroes and has approximately 50 ranches who actively participate in their programs. To date, they have taken over 200 combat wounded on the adventure of a lifetime.
